FAQ
Guest WiFi questions
Is GigLogix a StayFi alternative for hotel guest WiFi?
Not today. GigLogix doesn’t have a guest WiFi login page or guest WiFi marketing. If that’s what you need, StayFi is the better pick. GigLogix makes sense when your venue runs events with AV, crew, quotes, and invoices.
What does GigLogix do that a guest WiFi tool usually doesn’t?
It runs the event side: jobs, AV equipment, crew scheduling, quotes clients approve online, and invoices with card payments. The Venue plan adds BEOs and floor plans.
Does GigLogix do event WiFi?
Not yet for other venues. Event WiFi ordering runs today only for Harris Production Services, the AV company that builds GigLogix. It is coming soon, starting with Cisco Meraki. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens up.
How much does GigLogix cost for a venue?
Starter is $49 a month, Professional is $149 a month, and the Venue plan is $499 a month with no user, job, or equipment limits. We set Venue workspaces up with you, so talk to us first. Event WiFi isn’t part of any plan yet.
