Built and run every day at Harris Production Services.
GigLogix is AV rental software made by an AV company. Harris Production Services built it to run their own events, and they still run on it every day. They’re our first customer. You could be one of the next.

Who they are
An AV and event production company.
Harris Production Services handles AV, crew, and venue WiFi for events out of Atlantic City, New Jersey and West Chester, Pennsylvania. They’ve been in business since 2017.
Rather than stitch five tools together, they built the software they needed. That software is GigLogix. Every feature exists because one of their events needed it, and they use each one before anyone else does.

Day to day
What HPS runs on GigLogix.
The same event production software you can try yourself. Each part started as something an HPS event needed.
Jobs and the calendar
Every event is a job that moves from lead to quoted, confirmed, in progress, completed, and invoiced. The calendar shows what’s on hold and what’s booked.

Each unit has a serial number and barcode. GigLogix flags gear that’s already booked, and the crew scans pack lists with a phone camera.

Techs are booked by role and get a text with the job, date, venue, and call time. They clock in from their phone, and hours land on the timesheet.

Quotes go out as a link. The client reviews, signs, or asks for changes on the quote itself. No account, no DocuSign.

Invoices come with a Stripe pay page for card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. When one’s paid, the office gets a notice and an email.

HPS sells event internet from a branded ordering page, next to the AV side of the event. This part isn’t open to other workspaces yet — it’s coming soon.

Straight answer
You could be one of our first outside customers.
We don’t have a logo wall yet. Harris Production Services is the only company running on GigLogix today, and we’re opening it up to other AV shops, production companies, and venues now. Here’s what an early customer actually gets.
- A direct line to the people who build GigLogix. Email [email protected] and you’re talking to the team, not a ticket queue.
- Help with your first import. Send us your client, gear, and venue lists as CSV or Excel files, or bring them over from Rentman with the one-way import.
- Your feedback lands with the people writing the code. We can’t promise every request, but we read all of them.
- No lock-in. Workspace owners and admins can export everything (JSON and CSV) whenever they want.
Fit
When GigLogix is a good fit.
We’d rather tell you now than have you find out on day ten of a trial.
A good fit
- AV rental shops that also schedule their own crew
- Production companies that mix AV, labor, and venue services
- Venues with an in-house AV team that books gear and crew
- Teams running jobs out of spreadsheets, a shared calendar, and group texts
Probably not a fit
- Solo freelancers. The math doesn’t work for you or for us, and a lighter tool will serve you better.
- Agencies with 50+ full-time staff. That’s a different problem and a different product.
- Rental-only shops with no crew or WiFi needs. Rentman is better at that one thing.
- WiFi-only venues. StayFi is better at that one thing.
- Teams that need a native iPhone or Android app, SAML single sign-on, two-way Rentman sync, or online ACH payments. GigLogix doesn’t do those today. (You can record checks, ACH, and cash payments you receive; online payments are by card.)
