Starter. It covers the whole quote-to-cash loop — jobs, equipment, quotes with online approval, the client portal, invoices, and online payments — for up to 5 users and 100 jobs a month. Most shops move to Professional when they want crew scheduling, pack lists, or QuickBooks sync.

Yes, on every plan. Connect your own Stripe account and clients pay invoices online by card. You can also record checks, ACH, and cash payments you receive. You can optionally pass a card processing fee to clients, or absorb it yourself.
