The problem
Event internet by email
Selling internet for a meeting shouldn’t take three people and a chain of emails. But at a lot of venues, it goes like this.
- A planner emails asking for internet in Ballroom B
- Someone quotes it, someone else invoices it
- The order lives in someone’s inbox
- Nobody is sure it was switched on until the group arrives
How it will work
From QR label to paid order
Here’s the planned flow. Details can change before launch.

Set up rooms and services
Add each room and the internet services you sell there, with a device limit and a price.

A QR label in every room
Scanning the label opens that room’s ordering page, with your branding, on a phone.

The group orders and pays
They choose a service and dates and pay by card at checkout. No account needed.
- 04
The network switches on
Planned for Cisco Meraki: the paid service switches on for the event dates, and wired requests go to your technician.

Can my hotel or venue use this today?
Not yet. Event WiFi ordering runs today only for Harris Production Services, the AV company that builds GigLogix. It isn’t available to other workspaces, on any plan. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when it opens up.
Which network hardware will it support?
We plan to start with Cisco Meraki. If you run something else, tell us when you join the waitlist.
Will we set our own prices?
That’s the plan: you create the internet services you sell for each room, with a device limit and a price.
Will guests need an account to order?
No. The plan is that they choose a service, enter their details, and pay by card at checkout.
I need event WiFi for an event now. Can you help?
If your event is in South Jersey or the Philadelphia area, Harris Production Services can quote dedicated event WiFi as a rental service. That’s a Harris Production Services service, not a GigLogix software feature.
