Can I use venue WiFi in GigLogix today?
Not yet. Event WiFi ordering runs today only for Harris Production Services, the AV company that builds GigLogix. It isn’t available to other workspaces, on any plan, and our team can’t switch it on for you yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when it opens up.
Which plan will include it?
We haven’t decided. We’ll share pricing when it’s ready. Until then, no GigLogix plan includes event WiFi.
Will it work with my network hardware?
The plan is to start with Cisco Meraki. If you run something else, tell us when you join the waitlist so we know.
I need event WiFi for an event now. Can you help?
If your event is in South Jersey or the Philadelphia area, Harris Production Services can quote dedicated WiFi as a rental service, alongside AV if you need it. That’s a rental service from Harris Production Services, not a GigLogix software feature.
What can I use GigLogix for today?
Jobs and scheduling, equipment and barcodes, crew scheduling, quotes clients approve online, and invoices paid by card. Starter and Professional come with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
