Quote questions
Do my clients need an account to approve a quote?
No. They open the link you send, review the quote, and sign by typing or drawing a signature. There is nothing to sign up for.
Do I need DocuSign?
No. Signing is built into the approval page. GigLogix does not connect to DocuSign.
What happens when a client asks for changes?
Their request and notes show up on the quote. You revise it and send it again. Earlier versions are kept so you can see what changed.
Can I tell if a client has opened the quote?
Yes. The quote activity log shows when it was sent and viewed, and when the client approved, declined, or asked for changes.
Do approval links expire?
Yes. Clients get an email reminder a few days before the link expires, so a quote does not quietly lapse.
