What it does
Crew scheduling that people read
Your crew gets the details on their phone, and you get their hours back without chasing anyone.
Schedule by role
Book an A1, an L2, or four stagehands on the job. You see who’s on what, and GigLogix flags anyone already booked on those dates.
Confirmations by text
Each tech gets an SMS with the job, date, venue, and their role, plus a reminder before the call. No group chats to scroll back through.
A crew portal
Crew open GigLogix in their phone browser to see the jobs they’re booked on. There’s no app to install.
Clock in and out
Crew clock in and out from their phone or a computer. Hours land on a timesheet you can review before payroll.
Labor reports
See labor cost, overtime, and crew utilization, so you know where the hours went and who’s stretched thin.
Quoted vs. actual
Compare the labor you quoted with the hours your crew actually worked, job by job, before the invoice goes out.
How it works
From booking to timesheet
Four steps, and nobody has to call around.
- 01
Add your crew
Set up staff and freelancers with their roles and labor rates.
- 02
Book them on a job
Assign people by role. Conflicts with other jobs on the same dates are flagged.
- 03
Text the details
GigLogix sends each person a confirmation text, then a reminder before the call.
- 04
Review the hours
Crew clock in and out on their phones. Check timesheets and labor against the quote.
Who it’s for
For teams with a crew
Whether it’s two techs or twenty, the crew should know where to be.
Production companies
A mix of staff and freelancers on every show, and labor that has to match what you quoted.

FAQ
Crew questions
Does my crew need to download an app?
No. Crew use GigLogix in any phone browser to see their jobs and clock in and out. There is no App Store or Google Play app.
What do the crew texts say?
The confirmation text includes the job name, date, venue, and the role they are booked for. A reminder text goes out before the call.
Which plan includes crew scheduling?
Crew scheduling, crew texts, the crew portal, and time tracking are on Professional ($149/month) and Venue. Starter does not include them.
Does GigLogix run payroll?
No. GigLogix tracks hours and labor cost, and payroll stays with your payroll provider. On Professional and Venue, you can bring Gusto payroll data in through Dataddo or a CSV file.
What about union crews?
GigLogix tracks union crew hours, roles, and overtime like any other crew, but it doesn’t run union payroll or union fund reporting. Tell us how your crews are paid and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
