Hotel chain WiFi · Coming soon
WiFi management for hotel chains is coming soon.
We’re building hotel chain WiFi management into GigLogix, starting with Cisco Meraki properties. It isn’t available to hotel groups yet. Join the waitlist and tell us about your portfolio.

The problem
WiFi across a portfolio
One hotel is manageable. Ten hotels, each set up a little differently, is not.
A different setup per hotel
Each property has its own network and its own way of selling meeting-room internet.
Packages drift
One hotel sells a “plus” package, another calls the same thing “premium,” and nobody at head office can say which is which.
Orders by email
Planners ask for internet by email or phone, and the order lives in someone’s inbox until the event.
What’s planned
Hotel chain WiFi management, planned
Here’s what we’re building for hotel groups. Details can change before launch.
- Coming soon
An ordering page per property
Each hotel sells its own internet services, at its own prices, from a page with its own branding.
- Coming soon
Meraki setup per property
Planned: switching on the right Cisco Meraki SSID for each paid order, property by property.
- Coming soon
Orders tied to events
Meeting-room internet on the same event as the AV, so both move when the event moves.
- Event WiFi runs today only for Harris Production Services, the AV company that builds GigLogix
- Hotel groups can’t use it yet, on any plan, even with our team’s help
- Pricing and plan details will come when it opens up

FAQ
Questions hotel groups ask
Can our hotels use GigLogix for WiFi today?
Not yet. Event WiFi runs today only for Harris Production Services, the AV company that builds GigLogix. It isn’t available to other workspaces, on any plan. Join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when it opens up.
Will it work with our Meraki hardware?
Cisco Meraki is where we plan to start. Tell us about your Meraki organizations when you join the waitlist so we can plan for them.
Which plan will include it?
We haven’t decided yet. No GigLogix plan includes hotel WiFi management today.
What can a hotel group use GigLogix for now?
Running in-house AV and events: jobs, equipment, crew, quotes clients approve online, and invoices paid by card. The Venue plan adds BEOs, floor plans, and no user, job, or equipment limits.
