What it does
Stripe invoicing for event companies
Bill from the same job you quoted and booked, and let clients pay the way they pay for everything else.
Invoice from the quote
Turn the approved quote into an invoice with the same line items and tax. Nothing gets retyped, so nothing gets missed.
Deposits up front
Send a deposit invoice for a percentage of the quote when the job is booked, then bill the balance later.
A Stripe pay page
Every invoice links to a pay page where your client pays by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. The money goes to your own Stripe account.
Know when it’s paid
When a payment clears, you get an in-app notice and an email, and the invoice is marked paid. No refreshing the bank app.
Reminders and part payments
Send a payment reminder with one click. Record partial payments and checks you receive outside Stripe so the balance stays right.
QuickBooks sync (Professional)
On Professional and Venue, customers, invoices, payments, and Stripe payouts sync to QuickBooks Online, with payouts recorded as deposits.

FAQ
Invoicing questions
How can my clients pay?
By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay on the Stripe pay page linked from every invoice. You can also record checks and other payments you receive yourself.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe charges its standard processing fees on each payment, and they come out of your Stripe balance. You can optionally pass a card processing fee to clients in your workspace settings; it is off by default. Check Stripe’s pricing page for the current rates in your country.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Create a deposit invoice for a percentage of the quote, then invoice the balance when the job is done.
What currencies can I use?
Each workspace uses one currency: USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP. Online payments through Stripe are charged in US dollars today, so the pay page is available to USD workspaces.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes, on Professional and Venue. GigLogix syncs customers, invoices, payments, bills, credit memos, and Stripe payouts to QuickBooks Online. Starter doesn’t include the QuickBooks sync.
Send an invoice you can pay online.
