What does GigLogix do?
GigLogix is event rental management software for AV rental shops, production companies, and venues. It keeps jobs, equipment, crew, quotes, and invoices in one place, so the same event isn’t typed into five different tools. Event WiFi ordering is coming soon.
Which features come with Starter?
Starter ($49/month) covers jobs and the calendar, equipment with barcodes and conflict warnings, quotes with online approval, and invoices with Stripe payments. Crew scheduling, time tracking, QuickBooks Online sync, Gusto payroll import, pack lists, and analytics start on Professional.
Does GigLogix stop me from double-booking gear?
It warns you. When a job needs gear or crew that is already booked on overlapping dates, including parts of a kit, GigLogix flags the conflict so you can swap it, sub-rent, or go ahead on purpose.
Is there a mobile app?
GigLogix runs in any phone browser. Your crew can check their jobs, clock in, and scan barcodes with the phone camera. There is no App Store or Google Play app.
Can I move over from Rentman or spreadsheets?
Yes. You can import clients, equipment, and venues from CSV or Excel files, and there is a one-way import from Rentman. You can also export your whole workspace at any time.

No. Starter and Professional come with a 14-day free trial and no card. The Venue plan is set up with us, so start with a conversation.
