Terms of Service
Effective date: July 5, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GigLogix. By creating a workspace or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
GigLogix is a cloud-based SaaS platform for event production and AV rental management, operated by Harris Technology Services ("we," "us," "our"). The platform is available at giglogix.app and its subdomains.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
- You must be 18 or older and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials and all activity that occurs under your workspace.
- Each workspace is isolated; you may not access another workspace's data.
- You may not use GigLogix for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Free trial: New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
- Paid plans: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Prices are listed at getgiglogix.com/pricing.
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from workspace billing settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use GigLogix to violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Use the platform to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Resell or sublicense access to GigLogix without written permission.
5. Your Data
You own all data you input into GigLogix ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process and store Customer Data solely to provide the service. We will not access your Customer Data except to operate the platform, comply with law, or at your request for support.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, including any personal data belonging to your clients or crew members.
6. Intellectual Property
GigLogix and all related software, designs, and documentation are owned by Harris Technology Services and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in GigLogix beyond the limited license to use the service as described herein.
7. Third-Party Integrations
GigLogix integrates with third-party services (Stripe, QuickBooks, Gusto, Meraki, TripleSeat). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend access for security reasons. Enterprise plan customers may be eligible for an SLA — contact us for details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
GigLogix is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your workspace data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify workspace owners via email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mercer County, New Jersey.
